Wapping:Audio

A 40 min site-specific audio piece for a lone walker. Wapping:Audio explores and re-imagines the stories of the past and regeneration that permeate the streets and buildings of Wapping in East London. An elderly woman gently guides the audience through this relatively unknown part of London in a journey that layers time and space. The walk leads the audience through a search for lost love in the 'new heart of London'; a place littered with abandon shopping malls, life rafts and dry docked pirates ships.

It was created with collaborators Matt Ball and Katie Day.
